We offer affordable accommodation for businesses, individual clients, tourists, work groups, foreign workers, and students! Our rooms are the perfect alternative to expensive hotels. The building is located near the city center, right next to "Manufaktura"! Proximity to public transportation stops and a short distance from the city center and Piotrkowska Street significantly enhance the comfort of living. The extensive infrastructure (nearby shops, bars, restaurants, discos, cinema) is another advantage of the excellent location. In the immediate vicinity, we also offer room rentals in apartments or self-contained apartments after a complete renovation with new equipment.

We have accommodation for over 134 guests. We offer single, double, triple, quadruple, quintuple, and sextuple rooms, with the majority being double and quadruple. The rooms are fully furnished, with a TV in each of them as a standard. Our guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access. The price includes bed linen. Bathrooms, showers, and toilets are located near the guest rooms.

Our guests can also make use of three fully equipped kitchens within the facility. Free parking is available on the premises, including space for large delivery vehicles and buses.
