I invite you to the Apartament z Mięta.
The apartment is located in the spa zone of Kołobrzeg, in a new apartment building, very close to the Park. St. Żeromskiego, band shell, promenade and sea - approx. 350 m to the beach. About a 10-minute walk to the railway station (crossing the footbridge) and about 20 minutes to the pier. There is a public bus stop nearby. There are many eating places in the area.
The entire building with the parking lot is a closed facility. The entrance to the area and the underground garage is opened by remote control. The apartment has its own parking space included in the rental price.
The apartment complex has the following facilities available to everyone (access via a covered passageway): a restaurant, bars, a children's playground and, for a fee, a gym, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, offices with Welles & SPA services, and a Żabka grocery store. You can also use the swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym on the other side of the street for a fee. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Tennis courts and bicycle rentals are approximately 500 m away.
The apartment is located on the ground floor on the south-eastern side and includes a room with a kitchenette, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a large, spacious terrace. Provides high comfort of rest. It is completely equipped with new furniture and equipment. In June 2020, it was opened for guests.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
The room with a kitchenette has 2 fold-out sofas, a table with four chairs, 2 occasional tables, a TV, a radio, and bedside lamps.
Kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. In addition, the cabinets contain all kinds of dishes, cutlery, knives, kitchen equipment as well as pots, pans and other useful things for preparing meals.
The entrance hall has a large Commander type wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hangers and a dressing room with a mirror. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin with a large, well-lit mirror, washing machine, toilet, functional hangers, hairdryer, etc.
We provide guests with sets of bed linen and towels, sanitary and disinfectants, toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine capsules.
The equipment includes an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and beach equipment: beach chairs, picnic blankets, screens, and a beach umbrella.
Additionally (included in the rental price), the apartment is equipped with 2 bicycles for middle-class adults and 1 bicycle for older youth.
There are 2 tables and 4 armchairs on the terrace.
The building has spacious corridors and elevators, which allows easy access for wheelchairs. There is a locked bicycle storage room on the ground floor of the building (next to the apartment).

Important!
1. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the entire building - smoking is allowed on the terrace.
2. We love animals, but we also take into account guests with allergies and therefore pets are not allowed. The exception may be small dogs without hair - please consult by phone when booking.
3. There is a night silence in the building from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out until 10:00.
From June to September, rental for a minimum of 5 days (outside this season, for shorter rentals (minimum 4 days), an additional cleaning fee of PLN 150 - 180 is added). For stays longer than 14 days, the price can be negotiated.
The price of the apartment includes its own parking space no. 57 in the underground garage, wireless Wi-Fi, 3 bicycles, and cleaning.

The price of the stay does not include the spa fee, which is PLN 6.20 per person per night, payable on site in cash.

To make a reservation, please call or email - I will contact you. After setting the date, a prepayment of approximately 20% of the amount for the stay will be required to secure the reservation.
ATTENTION:
1. In the event of cancellation of arrival 1 month before the date or due to the announcement of the "State of Pandemic - Lockdawn" by the Government of the Republic of Poland, a 100% refund of the deposit will be made.
2. In case of cancellation for other reasons within 2 to 4 weeks before the date, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within a period of less than 2 weeks, the deposit will be refunded in the event of renting the apartment upon request or indication of other guests.
