A private house in Warmia, close to Olsztyn, providing comfortable rest for 6 people. It is a healthy, breathable, frame wooden house, built in 2021, almost exclusively from natural materials.

We rent the house in its entirety, exclusively for the landlord, in July and August in cycles from Saturday to Saturday, in other months the date is to be determined. The house and grounds are regularly thoroughly cleaned, fresh linen and towels are available to guests.

Dogs are welcome :-)

We are talking about this place Pluski Górne, although there is no such place on the map... There is Pluski, a picturesque village 22 km from Olsztyn, 175 km from Gdańsk, 210 km from Warsaw, located on Lake Pluszne Wielkie (908 ha, class II water purity, quiet zone). Our Pluski are Upper ;-) because the house is located at the highest point of the area with a beautiful view of meadows, fields and the wall of the forest of the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest, which is a refuge of European importance for 160 species of birds (Natura 2000 Area).
The house is located off the beaten track (100 m to the nearest neighbor), as the only one on a fenced plot of 1500 sq m, which ensures maximum privacy for guests, and there is peace and quiet around, not counting birds, frogs and crickets :-)

The house is prepared for 6 people in 3 double bedrooms:

👉 one on the ground floor, with a sliding bed - for one or two people
👉 two on the first floor, where the beds can be set freely - as single or double
👉 in one of the rooms on the first floor, it is possible to add a comfortable bed for the seventh person.

There is a roofed terrace from the east, morning coffee tastes great on it :-)

The kitchen has a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, a great portafilter coffee maker, a toaster and all the necessary utensils and utensils.

The bathroom on the ground floor has underfloor heating, a spacious shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

For the convenience of guests, there is a second small bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and sink.

All rooms are heated with infrared, which ensures a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

There is a large banquet table in front of the house, in the summer season we set up a regularly serviced swimming pool with a diameter of 3.6 m, there is a fireplace with a grill, deckchairs and a hammock.

For children, we have a playground with a slide, a swing, a climbing net and a labyrinth in the meadow, as well as a lot of outdoor toys, board games and puzzles.

We also recommend astronomy lovers, on cloudless nights you have the impression that you can touch the Milky Way, and the starry sky is breathtaking!

The village is about 1000 m, and there, among others.

👍 Pluski marina, where you can rent sailboats, kayaks, pedal boats, sup and windsurf boards, rowing boats or electric motor boats
👍 Active Plu-Ski organizes canoeing trips along the Łyna and Maruzka rivers, trips on sup boards and summer camps for children
